Cancellation Policy:
More than 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. I completely understand that life happens - but if an appointment is cancelled or moved within 48 hours, 50% of the service total will be due before we can rebook.
If no notice is given, and you do not show up, 100% of the service fee will be due, and you may not be eligible to rebook in the future.
Please double-check that you are confirming appointments as soon as you receive your Vagaro text and/or email.
You are responsible for your Vagaro notification settings.
Failure to confirm in a timely manner may result in cancellation, and, when applicable, the fees mentioned above.
Frequent rescheduling or late cancellations are not sustainable for my business and may result in us parting ways professionally.

Refund Policy:
Sometimes you need a little time to live in a new haircut - totally normal.
If it has been less than 14 days since your appointment and something feels off, I'm happy to get you back in for an adjustment.
I do not offer refunds but I will always do what I can to get you in promptly and make sure your cut feels as close to perfect as possible.
